Praise Ocheikwu serves in a dual capacity as Personal Assistant to the Executive Director and Programme Assistant at the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Centre LSD), where he plays a vital role in ensuring executive efficiency and programme delivery. He manages the Executive Director’s itinerary, coordinates internal and external engagements, and supports strategic communication with key stakeholders. In addition, he contributes to programme planning and execution, delivering project updates, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between programme and finance teams.

A skilled administrator with a strategic mindset, Praise is instrumental in the management of Centre LSD’s Leadership School. He oversees class scheduling, assignment tracking, and attendance monitoring to ensure seamless lecture delivery and programme integrity. He also engages in partnership meetings with peer organizations and donors, expanding the Centre’s collaborative impact.

Praise has built a solid foundation in project and administrative coordination, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, organizational efficiency, and knowledge management while working with the Centre. His approach combines a deep commitment to excellence with a practical, solution-driven mindset.

Praise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, and a Certificate in Google Project Management from Coursera. He is a Member of Strategic Management (MSM) with the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria – Chartered (ISMNC), and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at MIVA Open University.
