Offiong Enang is the Programme Coordinator for Women’s Rights at the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD), where she leads the design and implementation of transformative initiatives promoting gender equity, women’s empowerment, and inclusive governance. With over 15 years of cross-regional experience in Nigeria and internationally, she plays a central role in advancing Centre LSD’s strategic agenda on gender justice, rights-based advocacy, and climate resilience for women and girls.

Since joining Centre LSD in August 2024, Offiong has coordinated the Side-by-Side Movement for Gender Justice across 10 states in Nigeria, convening multi-stakeholder capacity-building sessions, and spearheaded national advocacy through gender walks and strategic media campaigns. She provides technical leadership on the Promoting Climate Action for Gender Justice project funded by Christian Aid and has led internal gender policy reviews to institutionalize inclusivity within organizational systems.

Offiong brings a distinguished background in leadership roles across the development sector. She previously served as Deputy Country Director at PLAN International Nigeria (2014–2017), Country Representative and Programme Director for the Girls' Education Programme at CEDPA Nigeria (2011–2013), and as Executive Director of Gender and Development Action (GADA). Her work has influenced national policies and strengthened donor relations, with a track record of delivering results-focused programming in women’s health, leadership development, and education.

In the private sector, she served as a Community Development Adviser with Shell Petroleum Development Company, where she contributed to sustainable development planning and conflict resolution in the Niger Delta.

Offiong holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calabar and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Management. She has received numerous professional certifications, including Women in Management (CEDPA USA), Conflict Management (Shell Nigeria), and SAP Subject Matter Expertise (Plan International).
