Oderhohwo Ovietobore currently serves in the Development Department at the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD). Prior to this, he completed an internship program with the Centre’s Communication Unit, where he played an active role in advancing strategic communication efforts and promoting the Centre’s core pillars.

Ovietobore brings a rich and diverse background spanning the education, hospitality, and non-profit sectors. As General Manager at Goochi Bakery and Confectionery, he led operational restructuring, drove staff development, and improved customer experience, demonstrating entrepreneurial thinking and strategic leadership. Earlier in his career, he served as a Supervisor and Art Teacher in leading academic institutions, where he mentored students and promoted creative excellence through curriculum design and classroom engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Applied Arts from Delta State University, Abraka. He is a Certified Strategist with the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (Chartered) and has completed training in Project Management and Leadership through the Centre LSD Leadership School. A fluent communicator in English, Yoruba, and Urhobo, Ovietobore is known for his articulation, negotiation skills, and collaborative approach. His creative mindset and problem-solving abilities make him a valuable contributor to the Centre’s mission.
