Ovietobore Oderhohwo Elvis is an ICT and Program Assistant at the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD), where he supports the organization's programs and information technology operations. He currently also serves as Secretary of the Centre's Procurement Committee, a role he was appointed to in May 2026 under the leadership of Executive Director Mr. Monday Osasah, FSM.
He holds a Master of Science degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Applied Arts from Delta State University, Abraka. He has further strengthened his professional capacity through specialized training, including Project DPro (PM4NGO), Certificate Edge Project Management Training, and leadership development through Centre LSD's Leadership School, and is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria.
Ovietobore brings a diverse and well-rounded professional background spanning program administration, project management, hospitality operations, business management, and education. Prior to joining Centre LSD, he served as General Manager at Goochi Bakery and Confectionery, and as an Art Teacher and Creative Club Coordinator across several schools in Delta State and Anambra State, where he combined creative instruction with strong organizational and administrative oversight.
Known for his communication skills, creativity, and strong sense of teamwork, Ovietobore is committed to contributing to organizational growth through diligence, sound judgment, and collaborative leadership. He is proficient in English, Yoruba, and Urhobo.
