Eseoghene Tracy Irhezaen is the Communications Coordinator at the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD), where she coordinates the Communications Unit in amplifying the Centre’s voice and impact. She drives strategic media engagement, oversees content creation, and manages public relations to promote the Centre’s leadership and development initiatives across traditional and digital media platforms.

Since assuming the role in 2025, Tracy has transformed the Communications Unit by conducting a comprehensive needs assessment to identify skill gaps, facilitating tailored training sessions to enhance team capacity, and developing the Centre’s first-ever Communication Strategy. These actions have significantly improved media visibility and public engagement with the Centre’s work.

Tracy’s media career began in 2010 with an internship at Vision FM Abuja, where she gained foundational experience in news production and editorial duties. wed by a certificate course in Basic Radio Production from the Federal Radio Training School, Lagos. During her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2011, she served as a news producer and content manager for the Orientation Broadcasting Service (OBS) in Iseyin, Oyo State. In 2012, she joined the Youngsters Foundation as a producer and anchor, focusing on youth-centered content. Later that year, she became a producer at Voice of Nigeria, where she served for over 12 years, producing programs such as Literary Corner, Kiddies Voices, Weekend Magazine, Health Corner, Talking Agriculture, Youth Forum, and African Safari.

Tracy holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. She also holds a Certificate in Basic Radio Production from the Federal Radio Training School, Lagos.

Outside her professional role, Tracy is passionate about children and women’s empowerment. With nearly two decades of tutoring experience, she actively participates in workshops, community outreach programs, and initiatives that inspire and uplift. She currently serves as President of Christian Women Against Corruption, a faith-based initiative under Priest, Peace, and Justice Initiative. Her mission is to inspire children to pursue their dreams, work diligently, and trust in God.
