Dr. Otive Ogbuzor
Founding Executive Director

Dr. Otive Igbuzor is a Pharmacist, Human Rights Activist, Policy Analyst, Development Expert, and author who is a reader’s delight. His authored works are always enchanting, interesting and yet very impactful. His books have been instrumental to building a new breed of leaders capable of advancing Africa out of the woods of socio-economic and political decadence. He remains a role model, a beacon of hope, a scion of Truth, an emblem of integrity and an incontrovertible guiding light to African Leaders. Burning with a passion to see Africa attain her full potential, he has built a strategy to take Africa to her pride of place in the comity of nations.
Monday Osasah
Executive Director

Monday Osasah is a capacity building professional, advocate of good governance and open society. His career of over 15 years traverses various fields including manufacturing, journalism, and the nonprofit. He trained as an economist and holds a master’s Degree in public administration from Delta State University but has strong flair for journalism. He is a member and fellow of two institutes: Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria and Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria (ISMN). He works at the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Centre LSD) as Executive Director. He is married and the marriage is blessed. He loves reading and takes delight in supporting others.
Emenike Umesi Ph.D. CEM®
Director of Leadership

Dr. Umesi is a Disaster Science Fellow, Certified Emergency Manager, and a Certified business continuity planner. He holds a Ph.D. in Development studies, an MBA in Management, and a certificate in Nuclear and radiological emergency planning from the Harvard University School of Public Health. He has published several academic papers and has held senior management positions in both private and public sectors of the economy.
Itia Otabor
Director of Strategy

Itia is a Strategic Management Professional. He has over thirty years of varied career experiences and exposure. He holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in Strategic Management from Ogun State University. He is a Fellow of both Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) and Mentoring and Career Development Institute (MCDI). A founding member of Learning and Development Network International (LDNI) in Nigeria where he is a Certified Learning & Development Specialist.
Vincent Dania
Programme Cordinator

Vincent is a Social Development Practitioner with over 8 years of experience designing and implementing projects to help diverse and marginalised groups. He has a strong background in data, and able to interpret and use insights from datasets to plan interventions

He holds a BSc in Microbiology from the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Google professional data analytics certificate from Google, and an MBA (in view) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Unicaf University Zambia.
Victoria Udoh
Programme Coordinator

Victoria is the Programme Coordinator and the head of M&E of the Centre. She has 12 years of progressive work experience in the development sector. She holds a degree in Economics, a diploma in German, and an MSC in Economics (in view). She is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria (ISMN). Victoria has proficiency in English, Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa languages.

Vickie loves writing stories of change and singing.
Lawal Amodu
Programme Officer

Lawal Amodu studied at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, and University of Jos, Jos, in Nigeria and holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts Degree in history respectively. He began his career in the non-governmental sector as an intern with Global Rights, Nigeria and since then has worked with the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) where he rose to the position of Programme Officer in Democracy and Political Governance Unit.
Martina Nomsule
Finance and Admin Officer

Martina Nomsule is a Chartered Accountant. Her career of over 16 years spans various sectors such as Hospitality, Manufacturing and Development Sector. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting and MSc (in view) in Forensic Accounting and Auditing from Kaduna State Polytechnic, and Nasarawa State University respectively. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN).
Emmanuella Nwahiri
Programme Assistant
Emmanuela is the Program Assistant of African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Centre LSD).She is an Education champion, Human right activist, Gender, and good Governance advocate in Nigeria with over four years’ experience in the Non-Governmental Organization sector. She holds a BTech in Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria.
Emmanuela loves travelling and reading.
Eunice Agbedo
Social Media Marketer

Eunice is the Social Media Marketer for Centre LSD.
She holds Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. She is a certified digital marketer, and a member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria. Eunice loves gardening, art, and photography.
Kabir Salawudeen
IT Officer

Salawudeen is an IT Consultant with about 10years of experience in development of IT Supports and Consulting. Proven skills in Web development, Database Administration, Networking, Data Analyst and Hardware Maintenances.

He Holds a HND in Computer Science, Master in online Grow with Google and he is a member of both Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN) and Network Bootcamp Operators (NgNog).

She has professional experience in managing complex projects in charity organizations. She is enthusiastic about making a difference in the world.

Oiza is an Accountant with over 7 years cognate experience. A graduate from the Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State Nigeria. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in (Accounting) and a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). Oiza loves attaining and exceeding pre-set objectives on any assigned tasks.
