This compendium presents a comprehensive mapping of advocacy issues across 25 sectors in Nigeria, generated through the SCALE project implemented by the Centre LSD with support from USAID. The document captures grassroots priorities, legislative gaps, and systemic challenges facing CSOs and BMOs nationwide, providing a reference point for evidence-based advocacy at the federal, state, and local levels.
