SCALE Advocacy Compendium

Research Reports By Centre LSD Feb 11, 2022

This compendium presents a curated list of 78 advocacy issues across 11 critical development sectors in Nigeria, derived from 447 concept notes and proposals submitted by CSOs and BMOs under the USAID-supported SCALE project. Categorized by sector and governance level, the issues span health, education, economy, WASH, security, anti-corruption, civic space, extractives, trafficking, elections, and gender-based violence, offering a strategic reference for advocacy and policy engagement.

Developed by Centre LSD as a SCALE resource partner, the compendium highlights Nigeria's development challenges and advocates for a rights-based, participatory approach to address them. It aims to empower civil society actors with evidence-based advocacy tools for influencing reforms, enhancing accountability, and promoting inclusive development at local, state, and federal levels.
