The Male Feminists Network (MFN), powered by the Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD), held its inaugural Steering Committee Meeting in Abuja, bringing together partners and representatives from Nigeria's six geopolitical zones.
The meeting marked an important milestone in strengthening the governance, strategic direction, collaboration, and sustainability of the Network's efforts to engage men and boys as allies in advancing gender equality and preventing gender-based violence (GBV).
The Steering Committee will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the implementation of the Network's programmes while fostering stronger partnerships to challenge harmful gender norms, promote positive masculinities, and advance the rights and dignity of women and girls across Nigeria.
This video captures highlights from the meeting and reflects the Network's shared commitment to building a more just, inclusive, and violence-free society.
