This brochure presents the Delta State Satellite Campus of the Centre LSD Leadership School—a regional leadership training initiative developed in partnership with Value Rebirth & Empowerment Initiative (VREI). Tailored for aspiring and emerging leaders across Delta and the wider Niger Delta region, the school is designed to cultivate strategic, value-driven, and transformative leadership across all sectors.
Participants undergo a 12-month intensive weekend training covering key themes such as transformational leadership, personal mastery, political economy, development strategy, gender and leadership, and environmental justice. The programme emphasizes practical skills, mentorship, peer learning, and community-based application.
The Delta Campus reflects Centre LSD’s vision to decentralize leadership education and make it more accessible to grassroots actors, youth, and professionals outside urban centers. It supports the creation of a new generation of ethical leaders committed to sustainable development and community advancement in the region.
