A. Pre-Conference Communication and Visibility
Jingle Production
Produce a one-minute jingle to create awareness and enhance visibility for the conference.
Jingle Airing
The jingle will be aired on a selected radio station (Democracy Radio or any other station recommended by Christian Aid).
Media Appearance
A media appearance will be organised on a selected radio station, featuring representatives from Christian Aid Nigeria and Centre LSD. This will help generate interest and build momentum ahead of the conference.
Press Release
A press release will be written and published 48 hours before the conference and shared across Centre LSD’s social media platforms.
Social Media Campaign
Audio-to-Video Content:
The jingle will be converted from audio to video format for use on Centre LSD’s social media platforms. Centre LSD has over 93,000 followers on Facebook, this will be strategic in promoting the conference.
Podcast Session:
At least one podcast session will be held with an available panellist to discuss the programme and outline what participants should expect from the conference.
Content Design and Promotion:
Scheduling, and promotion of digital materials, including e-flyers, e-banners, infographics, and sponsored adverts.
Media Invitations and Follow-ups
Media mapping, calls, and confirmations will be conducted to identify and engage key media organisations with wide listenership and viewership.
