Strategy

The Centre’s Strategy Plan (2019-2023) envisages that its Strategy focus within this period will be to consolidate her plans for the training and building the capacity of both National and International Organizations in the core areas of Strategy Formulation and Execution.

In the light of the Centre’s aspirations for Strategy development and embedment in Organizations, it will focus on:
  • Strengthening individual’s capacity in the areas of Strategic Thinking, Formulation, Implantation, Implementation and Evaluation”.
  • Promote strategy development in organizations.
  • Advocate and promote the institutionalization of Strategy development & execution culture in organizations.
